Who We Are

The Cultivate Movement aspires to promote mental health and to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness. We foster kindness and empathy, generate support, and build resilience. Inspiring hope and offering help provides the foundation to strengthen the community’s awareness, resources, and access to community support for mental wellness.

Our Process

We recognize culture change takes time but it take the whole community to move the needle. Cultivate is built around four phases to shift a community’s perspective on stigma and mental illness.
